I founded Thinklab in 2018, a growth marketing consultancy specializing in go-to-market and performance marketing strategies for Hispanic startups. Over the next 5 years, we worked with over 40 companies in the region and even got recognized by big names like Facebook, Google, Segment, Mixpanel, Tienda Nube. Our clients saw remarkable growth, some even up to 400%!

Even though I had no previous experience, I managed to grow the company's revenue by 40% each year and build a team of 10 people from scratch.

As an entrepreneur, I faced totally unexpected challenges, forcing me to leave my comfort zone more than once. I navigated through uncertainty more times than I would have liked, testing my skills and abilities. Even though my growth and learning were tremendous, I struggled to deal with the pressure of being a sole founder, and I neglected my mental and physical well-being as a result.

Despite the company's profitability, I decided to pause it in December 2022 and take some time off.
